to name his pieces in which both disciplines come together.
The artist enters into communion
with nature,
manipulating the materials in the right measure to preserve
an artistic result that expresses the sincerity and purity of the message.
He creates his work by assembling CaCO3 formations.
Calcium carbonate and stone.
Materials engendered by the cosmos
to create the first "house"
of our ancestors at the beginning of time.
THE BODY
Represented in the sculpture itself as our physical "home."
THE SOUL
Represented in the painting in golden tones, gold leaf and ochre
as an allegory of the splendor of the treasures of the soul,
with its lights and shadows...
